NVBS Süss Vermögensberatung AG is a member (No. 100386) of the Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) and Industry Organization for independent Asset Managers (BOVV) of Financial Services Standards Association (VQF) with headquarters in Zug, Switzerland.
As BOVV member of the VQF, NVBS Süss Vermögensberatung AG is subordinate to, among other organizations, the well-known Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority’s (FINMA) «Code of conduct for the investment management industry organization of the VQF concerning the execution of asset management».
This Code of Conduct makes up an integral part of the asset-management contracts used by NVBS Süss Vermögensberatung AG.
